Innocent Civilians Injured in Explosion of Device Planted by So-called PDF Faction in Palaw Township of Tanintharyi Region

In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 15 March 2025 at 9:45 AM, a report stated that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Palaw Township Public Hospital in of Tanintharyi Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital for further investigation, it was discovered that the victim was U Kyaw Lin (63 years old), a resident of No. 1 Ward in Palaw Township. The incident occurred when the victim on his way to his orchard on his motorcycle. When he approached Sat Pyin Gyi Village, an explosive device planted by a so-called PDF terrorist faction detonated on the roadside, resulting in his injuries, it is reported.
Similary at 3:20 PM, a report stated that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Palauk Station Hospital in Palaw Township of Tanintharyi Region. When security personnel promptly arrived at the hospital for further investigation, it was discovered that the victim was U Pyone San Aung (30 years old), a resident of Sin Htoe Gyi Village in Palaw Township. The incident occurred when the victim was on his way to an area approximately 20 feet east of his house to pick coconuts. When he approached the coconut trees, he stepped on an explosive device planted by a so-called PDF terrorist faction. The device exploded, resulting in his injuries, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.
