Terrorists committing inhumane acts have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the residential areas, including towns, wards and villages.
Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 12 June 2025 at 3:00 PM, a report stated that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to the Township Public Hospital in Pyin Oo Lwin Township of Mandalay Region. When security personnel arrived at the Hospital for further investigation, the victim was identified as U Maung Tin (64 years old), a resident of Lone Wal Village in Naungcho Township of Northern Shan State. The incident occurred while he was at a farm hut approximately three miles west of his village. A heavy weapon shell, fired by a terrorist group, exploded near the hut, causing his injuries, it is reported.
Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians have been injured or killed. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
