Declaration to Publicize Objections

1. The Rakhine Nationalities Party, with its head office located at 49, U Uttama Road, Central Quarter, Kyaukpyu, Rakhine State, submitted an application on 24 June 2025 for registration as a political party under Section 5 of the Political Parties Registration Law. In this application, the party indicated that it intends to use the party name, flag, and emblem as described.
2. Objections to the party’s name, flag and emblem may be raised by submitting valid evidence to the Union Election Commission within seven days from the date of this declaration, as stipulated by Section 14(d) of the Political Parties Registration Law.
