  • Strengthening Cooperation: Vice Senior General receives the Indian delegation

Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council, Cammander-in-Chief of Defense Services, Vice Senior General Soe Win met with a delegation led by Lieutenant General Shrinjay Pratap Singh, Director General of Indian Defence Intelligence Agency and Deputy Chief of Integrated Defence Staff (Intelligence) at the meeting hall of Bayintnaung Villa in Nay Pyi Taw on 16th July.

They exchanged views of strengthening friendly cooperation between the two countries, provision of humanitarian assistance for quake affected areas in Myanmar and further assistance for rehabilitation works. They also discussed collaboration for ensuring peace, stability, rule of law, security and development in border areas, and holding of multiparty democratic general election by the end of year.
