Russian President Putin held a virtual meeting with members of the government, at which negotiations with Ukraine in Istanbul were not discussed. The main topics of the meeting include the development of the "Zemsky program" for doctors, a report on the results of the Innoprom-2025 industrial exhibition and expansion of digital services on the government services portal "Gosuslugi".

French President Macron announced on Thursday that France will officially recognize the State of Palestine during the upcoming 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in September. Particularly, they discussed priority projects to be implemented in the sectors of construction, health, basic infrastructure and disaster management.Moreover, they exchanged views to continue increasing momentum on building a community with a shared future that shares weal and woe through comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership and deepening Swe Myo Pauk-Phaw friendship between Myanmar and China.Also present at the meeting were the Union Ministers, Deputy Ministers and Directors-General from the Ministry of Planning and Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Investment and Foreign Economic Relations, Ministry of Religious and Cultural Affairs, Ministry of Health,  Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement, and Nay Pyi Taw Council member, and H.E.
