According to the observations at 16:30 hrs MST today, monsoon will be strong over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal, due to the easterly waves and westerly waves, rain or thundershowers are likely to be scattered in Mandalay, Magway, Lower Sagaing Regions and Kayah State, fairly widespread to widespread in Naypyitaw, Yangon, Bago, Upper Sagaing,  Ayeyarwady, Taninthayi Regions and Kachin, Kayin, Chin, Mon, Rakhine, Shan States with likelihood of regionally and isolated heavyfalls during today evening to 30-6-2025.

The meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council and the 4th Eurasian Economic Forum will take place in Minsk on 26-27 June. The events will be held during Belarus’ presidency in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in 2025, the press service of the Belarusian leader told BelTA.

Twenty-nine students taking their high school exams in the Central African Republic died in a stampede sparked by an exploding power transformer, the health ministry told on Thursday. Just over 5,300 pupils were sitting the second day of the baccalaureat exams at the time of the explosion early Wednesday afternoon in Bangui.
