  • Food Sufficiency: Visit to Shwe Pyi Agriculture and Livestock Breeding Zone

Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing visited Shwe Pyi Agriculture and Livestock Breeding Zone under the Myanmar Economic Corporation in Hmawby Township of Yangon Region on Saturday.

In the briefing hall, officials provided update reports on work implementations, breeding of poultry and pig, cultivation of maize and construction of animal feed factory. The Prime Minister instructed for systematic sales of the produces and boosting production to meet the demand of consumers.

The Prime Minister and party later viewed the scale model of the Agriculture and Livestock Breeding Zone as well as the breeding of pig and poultry.

SAC Chair PM Senior General Min Aung Hlaing visits Belmedpreparaty Pharmaceutical Factory in Minsk
The Myanmar high-level delegation led by Chairman of the State Administration Council, Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who is currently in the Republic of Belarus, visited the Belmedpreparaty pharmaceutical factory in Minsk yesterday morning.At the factory, the Senior General and the party were welcomed by Minister of Health Mr Aliaksandr Khajayeu of the Republic of Belarus and factory officials.The Senior General viewed round medical treatment supporting vehicles showcased in front of the factory and asked what he wanted to know.He visited the booth of pharmaceuticals produced by Belarus, and a display of machinery used in medical treatment and discussed topics over clarifications.At the meeting hall of the factory, the Senior General and the party held a meeting with the Belarusian Minister of Health and officials. They exchanged views on the potential for cooperation in the health sector between the two countries, the situation of using medicines and medical equipment produced by Belarus in Myanmar, and a plan to hold detailed discussions between officials of the Belmedpreparaty Pharmaceutical Factory and health officials from Myanmar.The Senior General viewed the production process of the factory and asked what he wanted to know about the topics, with clarifications by officials.Belmedpreparaty Pharmaceutical Factory, located in Minsk, is the largest one, where more than 2,100 employees work in production operations. — MNA/TTASource: GNLM

As part of the Monsoon Season Greening Campaign, the Ministry of State Administration Council Chairman's Office (3) held its 2025 Monsoon Season Tree Planting Ceremony at the Tax Appellate Tribunal Office in Nay Pyi Taw in the morning on June 25.Union Minister for the SAC Chairman's Office (3) U Maung Maung Tint, Deputy Minister U Htin Kyaw Thu, Chairman of the Tax Appellate Tribunal U Myint Oo, members of the Tax Appellate Tribunal, the Director-General, and other officers and staff attended the event.During the tree planting ceremony, the Union Minister, Deputy Minister, Chairman and members of the Tax Appellate Tribunal, and staff planted 200 saplings of perennial and fruit trees at the designated areas to commemorate the 2025 Monsoon Season Tree Planting event.
