Parisians sunbathe on the lawns of Belleville Park as temperatures soar above 30 degrees in the capital and a heatwave peaks across France, with 16 departments still under an orange 'heatwave' warning, according to France's weather agency, Meteo-France.

French Health Minister urged the French public to stay hydrated and to moderate their alcohol consumption to avoid exposure to heat, especially between 11 am and 4 pm and to stay hydrated.

MSF marks Seafarers’ Day, aids 300+ cases since 2020
Nearly 40,000 seafarers from Myanmar leave the country each year to serve on international vessels, and around 20,000 are officially certified to work abroad, according to Captain Soe Min Aung, President of the Myanmar Seafarers’ Federation (MSF). He remarked at the International Seafarers’ Day ceremony held yesterday morning at the National Museum in Dagon Township, Yangon.“Since 2020, MSF has handled over 300 complaints related to workplace injuries and other issues. For those who are injured, we provide medical treatment, salary entitlements, and insurance benefits.
