Three die in New Mexico flash floods
The town of Ruidoso, New Mexico, has been hit by unprecedented flooding at a historical high of 20 feet, which is five feet over last year record. The town's mayor confirmed that three people died, including two young children, during a press conference. Ruidoso is a popular tourist resort in the Sierra Blanca mountains of southern New Mexico.
The neighboring state of Texas has been hit by devastating floods that have left a hundred people dead and over 160 missing.
