The State Administration Council is inviting armed groups, including PDF members, to rejoin the legal framework.

Those who come back receive support such as financial incentives and assistance. Some armed ethnic groups and PDF members, after seeing their violent actions causing harm to civilians and losing public support, are now willing to lay down arms and cooperate under the law.

The Tatmadaw continues counter-terrorism operations to ensure peace in affected areas. Following recent military control of key regions, local people have shown trust and cooperation with the Tatmadaw, even providing timely information about remaining armed groups.

As a result, several members from TNLA, DPLA, and MDY-PDF have peacefully returned to the legal framework and received support from authorities, including being reunited with their families. Authorities encourage others who wish to return to contact local administrations, military, or police stations to receive assistance and rewards.
