On Monday, A 50-hectare historical site has been discovered in Çomak village, Türkiye after a local resident came across it during a nature walk. Following the report, teams from the Ministry of Culture conducted examinations in the area and identified remains from various civilizations.

Among the findings are dolmen tombs dating back to the Young Bronze Age, around 1200 BCE, and Roman-era cist tombs and settlements from the 2nd and 3rd centuries CE. So far, 29 cist tombs carved into the bedrock have been identified on the surface.
