Kanbalu Township to grow more than 140,000 acres of rain-fed paddy this year

Data of Kanbalu Township Agriculture Department in Sagaing Region stated that local authorities earmarked cultivation of more than 140,000 acres of rain-fed paddy in Kanbalu Township this year.
During the 2025-2026 monsoon crop season, it is planned to cultivate 142,558 acres of rain-fed paddy in Kanbalu Township. It is reported that this paddy cultivation will begin in July of this year and continue until September.
