Order No.1/2025 : Appointment of Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and judges

The National Defense and Security Council Office issued an Order No.1/2025 on Thursday, regarding the appointment of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Union and judges.

In line with section 427 (b) of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, the council continued to appoint the Chief Justice and the Judges of the Supreme Court of the Union of Myanmar, who were appointed under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The order was signed by Aung Lin Dwe, Executive Chief of the National Defence and Security Council Office.
