Order No.2/2025: Appointment of Constitutional Tribunal Chair and members

The National Defence and Security Council Office issued an Order No.2/2025 on Thursday, regarding the appointment of Chairman of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union and its members.

According to Section 427(b) of the constitution, the council continued to appoint and assign duties to the Chairman and members of the Constitutional Tribunal of the Union which was appointed by the State Administration Council under the Section 419 of the constitution. The order was signed by Aung Lin Dwe, Executive Chief of the National Defence and Security Council Office.
