Terrorist groups are committing inhumane acts with the intent to disrupt the education system, which is dedicated to improving and advancing children's learning. These acts include the destruction of school textbooks and stationery, the intimidation and abduction of education staff and students, targeted killings, and the planting of explosive devices to destroy educational buildings.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 31 May 2025 at 8:00 AM, a report stated that a so-called PDF terrorist group had intimidated the headmistress of the Sub-Basic Education Middle School in Nyaung Pin Kone Village, Ngazun Township, Mandalay Region. Upon further investigation, security personnel discovered that the incident had occurred that while the headmistress, Daw Khin Mar San (49 years old), a resident of the village, was returning on her motorcycle from Myo Thar Village. When she arrived at the junction of Tha Yet Kan on the Myo Thar-Wet Luu Road, five so-called PDF terrorists arriving by three motorcycles, brandishing weapons. They forced her to stop and threatened her, demanding that to refrain from accepting student enrollment, going to school, or going to office. They warned, “If you go to school or office, we cannot guarantee your survival—we will kill you. After threatening, the group fled the scene, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.

In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses.Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 3 June 2025 at 10:30 AM, a report stated that two women with shrapnel injuries were admitted to the Hsihseng Township Public Hospital of Southern Shan State. When security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, they discovered that a vehicle, driven by Daw San San Aye (30 years old), accompanied by Ma Thal (17 years old) and Ma Win Phyu Sin (16 years old). All three are residents of Naung Htaw Ywar Thit Village in Hsihseng Township. They were on their way to Hsihseng Town for school enrollment. When their vehicle reached the junction of the Naung Bo-Naung Htaw Ywar Thit road, an explosive device planted by a terrorist group, exploded on the roadside. As a result, Ma Thal and Ma Win Phyu Sin sustained shrapnel injuries. When security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, they discovered that a vehicle, driven by U Aung Moe, accompanied by U Zaw Win Lat (41 years old), a resident of Shone She Village in Gangaw Township, were travelling from Mandalay City to Gangaw Town along the Mandalay-Gangaw road. When the vehicle reached the area near Lal Ma Village, two explosive devices planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group exploded on the roadside. As a result, U Zaw Win Lat sustained shrapnel injuries, while U Aung Moe fortunately remained unharmed. This strategy is intended to instill fear among peaceable civilians and create a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 2 June 2025 at 5:45 AM, a report stated that a man was shot dead in Sinku Village, Nyaung-U Township, Mandalay Region. When security personnel arrived at the scene for further investigation, they discovered that when U Tun (aka) Tun Tun Naing (49 years old), a resident of the village, was at his house, five so-called PDF terrorists arriving by three motorcycles and opened fire on him. Terrorists committing inhumane acts have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the residential areas, including towns, wards and villages.Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 2 June 2025 at 6:45 PM, a report stated that a man and a woman with shrapnel injuries were admitted to Mandalay Public Hospital in Chanayetharzan Township, Mandalay Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, they identified the victims as U Kyin Win (60 years old) and his daughter, Ma Zin Nwe Aung (13 years old), both residents of Kyauk Tine Village in Ngazun Township. The incident occurred when a terrorist group fired heavy weapons into the victims’ village, causing their injuries, it is reported.Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards, and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians have been injured or killed. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them.
