  • Macron attends an agreement signing ceremony with Kuwait

French President Emmanuel Macron and Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Meshal al-Ahmed al-Sabah on Monday witnessed a signing of agreements on cultural cooperation and investment between their two countries. 

The event marked the formalization of two major Declarations of Intent such as Strategic Investment Partnership (2025–2035) and Cultural Cooperation and Anniversary Celebration between the two countries. The documents were signed by Kuwait’s Foreign Minister and French Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs.
