The Prime Minister delivered a speech encouraging the cadets to study diligently, respect themselves, and become valuable human resources for the country’s future. He stressed the importance of mastering their respective subjects, staying updated with modern technologies, and maintaining strong discipline. He reminded them that they were selected to study abroad for their potential and urged them to represent the military and the country with pride.
The Prime Minister also spoke about the country’s political developments, stating that the Tatmadaw assumed responsibility in 2021 due to election fraud. He said a free and fair multi-party democratic election would be held soon, and preparations were underway to ensure voter participation and transparency. After the meeting, the Prime Minister provided foodstuff and cash assistance to the cadets.

So we said okay let's try to make automatic shifting workable on a traditional analogue bike. So that also people riding in the city or on a trekking bike without engines can make use of automatic shifting in the end."
