Union Minister for Labour U Aung Kyaw Hoe on August 1st, met with newly assigned doctors from the Ministry of Health, who will work under the Social Security Board. A total of 14 new doctors were appointed to work at Yangon and Mandalay Social Security Hospitals.

The Union Minister emphasized the importance of healthcare for insured workers and said that doctors play a key role in national development. He encouraged the new doctors to work closely with senior doctors, gain practical experience, and further their professional education. He also urged them to treat patients warmly and with compassion.
