Several countries, including Jordan, Egypt, Germany, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), France and Spain, on Friday executed joint airdrops in Gaza, delivering humanitarian aid into the enclave. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said in a statement that 126 aid packages were airdropped to Gaza, for the first time with the participation of Germany, Spain, and France.

According to the IDF, the three countries joined the ongoing cooperation between Israel, Jordan, Egypt, and the UAE in the aid airdrop operation. The IDF noted it will continue to work to improve the humanitarian response in Gaza, along with the international community, while refuting the "false claims" of deliberate starvation in Gaza.
