Mexico City is marking the 700th anniversary of its founding with a series of public events on Saturday. President Claudia Sheinbaum attended a ceremony. The event included a Presidential speech and a historical reenactment performed by 38 members of the Army, Air Force and National Guard. 

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan made a statement following the first-ever Balkan Peace Platform Meeting held in Istanbul. Evaluating the outcomes of the meeting, Fidan said that the participating countries discussed both the ongoing issues and possible solutions in the Balkans.
