Singh said the supreme sacrifice of Indian soldiers remains a timeless reminder of the unwavering resolve of the Armed Forces. He added that India shall remain forever indebted to their service and dedication to the motherland.

Thailand called on Cambodia Saturday to immediately halt hostilities and return to talks, as deadly border clashes entered a third day.

Speaking in Bangkok, Thai Foreign Ministry spokesperson Nikorndej Balankura said Thailand remains committed to resolving the conflict peacefully and in line with international law. Nikorndej said that they called on the Cambodian side to cease all actions that violate international law immediately and to return to the negotiation table with sincerity and in good faith.
