Shophouses will be constructed first, followed by the opening of offices and shops, which are expected to create between 2,000 and 3,000 job opportunities for residents. Additionally, once the project begins, it will also provide employment opportunities for people at the grassroots level. The project will enhance the beauty of the city,” said Ma Kyawt Kyawt Wai, an official at Shine Group.

Former Nigerian president Muhammadu Buhari was buried at his home in northwestern Katsina state Tuesday, with the multiple heads of state in attendance guarded by a heavy security detail. Buhari died on Sunday in a London hospital following an undisclosed illness.

To fight sweltering heat in the summer, portable fans are popular among some residents in Hong Kong. The Consumer Council has conducted tests on the performance and safety issues of some fan models. The Council tested 18 rechargeable portable fan models under two categories and the test results were unveiled on July 15.
