In order to cause injuries to both peaceable civilians and administrative authorities who are striving to restore the rule of law, extreme terrorists provide financial assistance and instigate destructive activities, such as detonating explosive devices and remote blasting, against public roads, railways, government offices and houses.
 Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 17 June 2025 at 8:35 AM, U Min Zaw (44 years old) and his son, Mg Phyo Min Thu (16 years old), along with Mg Pyae Phyo Zaw (17 years old), all residents of Shwe Pauk Pin Ward in Pauk Town of Magway Region, were on their way to the mango plantation owned by U Htway Lin in the same ward. When they approached the plantation, U Min Zaw accidentally stepped on an explosive device planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group. The device exploded, causing U Min Zaw to suffer severe injuries that resulted in the amputation of both legs. Fortunately, Mg Phyo Min Zaw and Mg Pyae Phyo Zaw were unharmed, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.

Terrorist groups are committing inhumane acts with the intent to disrupt the education system, which is dedicated to improving and advancing children’s learning. These acts include the destruction of school textbooks and stationery, the intimidation and abduction of education staff and students, targeted killings, the planting of explosive devices to destroy educational buildings and sending threatening letters to the teachers.
Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 17 June 2025 at 8:00 AM, a report stated that a threatening letter had been found at the Basic Education Middle School in Kyaw Boke Ward, Hakha Township of Chin State. Upon further investigation, security personnel discovered that a four foot by two-foot vinyl with white text on a red background, posted on the school’s disciplinary notice board. The vinyl contained explicit threats warning teachers not to attend school. The security personnel removed and disposed of the threatening material, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.

On 16 June 2025 at 2:00 PM, a combine team, comprising of the Myanmar Police Force personnel and civilian witnesses, conducted search operations in Swan Saw Ward and Kaung Mu Tone Ward in Muse Town. The operation was launched, acting on information stating that both Chinese and Myanmar nationals were running online scamming activities, operating in these areas.

 During the search operation, security forces entered House No. (Ma Salein-400), located in Swan Saw Ward, Muse Town, which is owned by an individual still under verification. Inside, they uncovered illegal online financial scam activities and apprehended the following individuals 40 Chinese Nationals (Male), 33 Myanmar Nationals (Male), and 10 Myanmar Nationals (Female). Seized items included 120 Mobile Phones of various Models, 86 Computers, three Wi-Fi routers and one Crown brand vehicle. At House No. (Ha Na-8), located in Kaung Mu Tone Ward and also owned by an individual still under verification, authorities discovered and raided another illegal online financial scam activities. During the operation, they apprehended one Chinese National (Male), 26 Myanmar Nationals (Male) and 28 Myanmar Nationals (Female). Seized evidence included 16 Computers, 334 Mobile Phones of various Models, Three Wi-Fi routers, One CROWN brand vehicle and one TOYOTA LANDCRUISER.

Regarding the above incident, the Myanmar Police Force has issued a statement confirming that 41 Chinese male nationals, along with 59 Myanmar male nationals and 38 Myanmar female nationals apprehended during the operation, will face legal action in accordance with the law. Authorities are continuing to handle the case in an effective and systematic manner.

Terrorists committing inhumane acts have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the residential areas, including towns, wards and villages.
Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 17 June 2025 at 3:30 PM, a report stated that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to the Pyin Oo Lwin Township Public Hospital of Mandalay Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, the victim was identified as U Eaik Mon (40 years old), a resident of Ohn Ma Tee Village in Naungcho Township of Northern Shan State. The incident occurred when TNLA terrorist group fired heavy weapons into the victim’s village. One of the shells exploded within the village, causing his injuries, it is reported.
Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians have been injured or killed. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.

Upon further investigation, security personnel discovered that the letter placed on a bench outside a Grade-5 Class Room. The A4 size paper contained explicit warnings demanding the cessation of all teaching activities at the school.  The security personnel removed and disposed of the threatening paper, it is reported.

When security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, the victim was identified as Mg Kyaw San Htoo (17 years old), a resident of Phar Thwun Village in Naungcho Township of Northern Shan State. The incident occurred on 10 June 2025 at 7:00 AM, when a heavy weapon shell exploded near a forest approximately three miles east of his village while the victim was herding buffaloes, causing his injuries, it is reported.
 

Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians have been injured or killed. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 16 June 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the Matriculation Exam for the Myanmar language subject took place at the exam center of the Basic Education High School (Nyaung-U) examination center in Nyaung-U Township. The students; Ma Khin Thet Htar, Ma Gyu Gyu Su Hlaing, Ma Ya Min Thu, Ma Toe Ei Wai, Ma Mya Mya Thet, and Mg Chan Myae Aung sit the exam test. Security personnel were deployed to provide safety measures at the examination center. Later, at 4:00 PM, following renewed threats against the students’ parents by a so-called PDF terrorist group, Mg Arkar Chan Myae Kyaw, Mg Tun Naing Lin, Mg Tin Oo Hlaing, and other students including Ma Khin Thet Htar, along with their parents, left the exam center and returned to their Ka Lar Tal Village, it is reported.
It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.

In some townships across States and Regions, terrorists motivated by a radical ideology that views “anyone with differing views is an enemy” are conducting violent assaults and assassinations. Their targets are innocent civilians who do not support their terrorist acts. Using firearms and knives, these terrorists are committing brutal assassinations after accusing them of “spies, informants or decoys”. This strategy is intended to instill fear among peaceable civilians and create a pervasive sense of dread within these communities.
 

Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 16 June 2025 at 2:30 AM, U Thein Min Lat (34 years old) and Ma Chaw Su Aung (20 years old), both residents of Don Za Yit (West) Village in Nyaunglebin Township of Bago Region, were at their respective houses when a group of pro-terrorism KNU members along with so-called PDF terrorists arrived and opened fire on them. As a result, Ma Chaw Su Aung died on the spot, while U Thein Min Lat sustained gunshot wounds. He was transported to Pyun Tan Sar Station Hospital in Nyaunglebin Township for medical treatment, it is reported.
 

Security personnel are persistently taking necessary measures to identify and apprehend the terrorists responsible for the aforementioned case, it is reported.

Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 16 June 2025  at 5:00 PM, a report stated that a man and three women with shrapnel injuries were admitted to the Shwegyin Township Public Hospital of Bago Region. When security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, the victims were identified as U Min Naing Oo (32 years old) and his wife Daw Toe Toe Lwin (36 years old), both residents of Chay Taw Yar Village, along with Ma Khine Lwin Oo (17 years old), a resident of Inn Ga Ni Village and Ma Thin Yati Htway (three years old), a resident of Kant Ni Village. The incident occurred on the same day at 4:10 PM, while an explosive device planted by a group of pro-terrorism KNU members, along with so-called PDF terrorists, exploded at a junction between Tha Yat Chaung Village and Kyaik Pon Seik Village in Shwegyin Township. The victims were passing through the a area at the time of the explosion, causing their injuries, it is reported.

Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 16 June 2025 at 10:30 AM, U Nyunt Min (53 years old), a resident of Oak Shik Kone Village in Yaenanchaung Township of Magway Region, was travelling by bullock cart to a field on the outskirts of his village. When he reached an area approximately one mile east of his village, an explosive device planted by a so-called PDF terrorist group, exploded by the roadside. As a result, U Nyunt Min sustained shrapnel injuries and was transported to Magway Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
