When security personnel arrived at the scene for further investigation, the victim was identified as Village Administrator U Ye Myint Aung (aka) U Bo Ye (57 years old), a resident of Ta Mike Thar Village in Taungtha Township. While the victim was at his house, approximately 25 so-called PDF terrorists arrived and abducted him, accusing him of being a “decoy”.
