Terrorists committing terrorist activities have been engaging in battles, firing heavy weapons and improvised rockets and dropping bombs using drones into the public towns, wards and villages.
Since they are committing such terrorist acts, on 26 February 2025 at 11:40 AM, when a so-called PDF terrorist faction conducted an attack by dropping bombs on Zee Kone Village in Kyauktaga Township of Bago Region. The bombs exploded within the village. As a result of the explosions, Daw Ma Ma Gyi (72 years old), Mg La Pyae Tun (16 years old), U Pike Htway (35 years old) and Mg Chit Oo Ko Ko (three years old), sustained shrapnel injuries and were transported to Kyauktaga Township Public Hospital for medical treatment, it is reported.
 Due to the heinous acts of armed terrorists such as engaging in battles and firing of heavy weapons and improvised rockets within towns, wards and villages where innocent civilians peacefully reside, innocent civilians are injured or killed. Consequently, local residents are protesting vehemently against these acts of terrorism, completely refusing to accept them. Security personnel are intensifying necessary security measures in collaboration with the local residents, it is reported.
