Iran’s Pir Hossein Kolivand, head of the Iranian Red Crescent Society, confirmed that there were no fatalities in the recent U.S. strikes on Iran's nuclear facilities his organization “reported no deaths,” indicating that evacuation and precautions were effective.

On June 22, the U.S. launched precision airstrikes on Iran’s Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan nuclear sites, using B-2 bombers with bunker-buster bombs and submarine-launched Tomahawk missiles.  Iran confirmed the strikes hit the facilities, with some damage visible but unclear if full disruptions occurred.
