The National Defense and Security Council Office issued an Order No.16/2025 on Thursday, regarding the formation of the District and Township Administration and Governing Committees.

The National Defence and Security Council Office issued an Order No.15/2025 on Thursday, regarding the formation of Nay Pyi Taw Development Committee, Yangon City Development Committee and Mandalay City Development Committee.

In line with section 427 (b) of the Constitution, the council continued to commission these committees which were formed under Section 419 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The order was signed by Aung Lin Dwe, Executive Chief of the National Defence and Security Council Office.

The National Defense and Security Council Office issued an Order No.14/2025 on Thursday, regarding the appointment of Region/ State level officials. In line with section 427 (b) of the Constitution, the council continued to appoint the Chief Justices and judges of the Region and State High Court and the Advocate General of Regions and States, who were appointed under Section 419 of the Constitution. The order was signed by Aung Lin Dwe, Executive Chief of the National Defence and Security Council Office.

The National Defence and Security Council issued an Order No 13/2025 on Thursday, regarding the formation of the Region and State Governments. In accordance with Section 427 (b) of the Constitution, Chin State Government, Sagaing Region Government, Bago Region Government, Mon State Government, Rakhine State Government and Ayeyawady Region Government were formed. The order was signed by Aung Lin Dwe, Executive Chief of the National Defence and Security Council Office.
