National Defence and Security Council Office issued an Order No.4/2025 on Thursday, concerning the appointment of the Deputy Ministers. Under Section 427(b) of the constitution, the council appointed 35 deputy ministers for respective ministries. Similarly, the council appointed and assigned duty to Dr. Htein Lin Oo as Deputy Minister for Legal Affairs and Deputy Attorney General under Order No.5/2025.
The National Defence and Security Council Office issued an Order No.3/2025 on Thursday, in accordance with section 427 (b) and section 428 of the Constitution.
It has stated that the council appointed and assigned duty to U Than Soe as Chairman of the Union Election Commission along with 13 commissioners. The order was signed by Aung Lin Dwe, Executive Chief of the office of the National Defence and Security Council.
