The opening ceremony for Mon State People's Military Service Training Course No. 15 was held on July 14, at the No. 4 Advanced Military Training School in Wae Keli Village, Thanbyuzayat Township.

Attendees included Chairman of the State People's Military Service Conscription Committee and Chief Minister of Mon State U Aung Kyi Thein, Vice Chairman (2) of the Committee and Minister for Security and Border Affairs Colonel Kyaw Swer Myint, Committee Secretary, departmental officials, officers and other ranks from the No. 4 Advanced Military Training School; and the military service trainees.

First, the Acting Principal of the No. 4 Advanced Military Training School, Colonel Wunna Aung, delivered the opening speech. After that, the Chief Minister and officials extended warm greetings and encouragement to the trainees.

 Since they are conducting such terrorist acts, on 13 July 2025 at 10:45 AM, five so-called PDF terrorists arrived by motorboat at a temporarily closed fish wholesale shop owned by Daw Phyu Phyu Win (46 years old), located in No. 2 Ward, Palaw Township of Tanintharyi Region. They opened fire with small arms and set the shop on fire, completely destroying it. As a result, a two-story reinforced concrete (RC) building measuring 25 feet in length, 20 feet in width and 20 feet in height was burned down and severely damaged, it is reported.

It has been reported that the security personnel are investigating the culprits of the acts of terrorism from the above incident to take effective action in accordance with the law.

Since they are conducting such terrorist acts on 11 July 2025 at 3:35 PM, a report stated that a man with shrapnel injuries was admitted to Mandalay Public Hospital. When security personnel arrived at the hospital for further investigation, the victim was identified as U Khin Maung Swe (40 years old) a resident of Yae La Maw Village in Watlet Township of Sagaing Region. He had sustained shrapnel wounds to his eye, shoulder, and leg. Upon investigation, it was found that the incident occurred at around 9:30 AM near the Irrawaddy River port on the eastern side of Ye Lay Maw Village. At the time, U Khin Maung Swe had been loading and unloading goods when a heavy weapon shell, fired by so-called PDF terrorists, exploded nearby, causing his injuries, it is reported.

The terrorists forcibly took approximately MMK 30,000,000 in cash stored in a cabin, a white-colored NISSAN CLIPPER vehicle (License Plate No. MDY-14/7L-XXXX) and a blue-colored HONDA SCOPPY motorbike (License Plate No. MDY-72W/XXXX) parked in the yard. Additionally, the terrorists abducted Daw Khin Mar Kyu and U Min Thu. They took them toward Bal Gyi Village in Pakokku Township of Magway Region, it is reported.

When security personnel arrived at the scene for further investigation, they confirmed that U Sai Ngaung Sai Hein had died from gunshot injuries inside the hut. Around 8:00 AM, while he was working at the hut, a pro-terrorism armed group arrived and shot him. As a result, he died on the spot, it is reported.

Around 2:45 PM, the victim had accidentally stepped on a land mine, planted by a terrorist group in an area about one furlong west of Nwe Ta Mal Village, while he was walking to Taung Po Village. As a result, he sustained severe injuries, it is reported.
