National Defence and Security Council issued an Order No- 4/2025 on Thursday.
It stated that the Council has organized the State Security and Peace Commission to provide necessary guidance and coordinate effectively for successful holding the Multiparty Democratic General election during the legislation, Administration and Judiciary process in line with the Section 427 of the Constitution.
The National Defence and Security Council issued an Order No.3/2025 on Thursday regarding the reformation of the Union Government. According to the Section 427(b) of the Constitution, the Union Government was reformed with 29 ministries, along with the Director-General of the Union Government Office.
The National Defence and Security Council issued an Order No 2/2025 on Thursday, in accordance with Section 427(b) of the Constitution.
It has stated that the council appointed and assigned duty to U Aung Lin Dwe as Executive Chief and General Ye Win Oo as Joint Executive Chief of the office of the National Defence and Security Council. The order was signed by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, Pro-Tem President (Duty).

The National Defence and Security Council issued an Order No.1/2025 on Thursday concerning the revocation of the order on transfer of state power. In accordance with Articles 417 and 418 of the Constitution of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, a state of emergency was declared, and the Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Services was entrusted with the responsibility of exercising State power.
